Casino's Q1 sales up 17%
French retailer Groupe Casino said its first quarter sales posted a 17 per cent growth as it benefited from foreign acquisitions and a lift in consumer demand at its home market. Sales in the period reached €5.94 billion compared with the €5.08 billion recorded for the same quarter a year ago
